I bought a new Capra myself just recently. Well, the price was still good for the parts and the bike ride like i wanted it to ride. Isnt product warranty their obligation to the customers by the law, no matter what happens to company? I hope most of does have been offered a solution. What really sucks are the guy that paid for a bike and did not get it. You got a great bike for an amazing price. I figure it's worth the sum of the parts alone so it's pretty much a free frame. I have a Jeffsy that I bought at the same discount.

The only thing that excited me about the brand was the team, and they got fucked, retroactively, by this guy's decisions. Very proud of these guys for buying their brand back, speaks volumes to their commitment to the industry and the customer! Between Revel and YT, this should be a lesson to the industry to not sell to those private equity firms. Did the new PR firm hired to repair the brand image suggest this? My feelings for this brand are gonna be based on this. It’s like the ex that you keep getting back together with but it’s not meant to be and it’s forever tainted. It's Powerfish Casino not on PB to police the behaviour of brands, YT should simply have withheld from posting this right now Pinkbike still seem happy to promote a brand thats not returning any customers money. Don't put it on PB to be the moral arbiters of what brands they do and don't allow to post, it's on the brand to make sensible decisions. PB has always allowed brands to share releases, free of charge on the front page. Your promoting a brand that has no cash flow and not returning any its customers $ for unfilled orders !?
